The Rhode Island Indian Council (RIIC) is an urban Indian center.  As such, we service all Native Americans statewide, many of whom are members of the only federally-recognized tribe in Rhode Island, known as the Narragansett.

Other clients we serve belong to other state and federally-recognized tribes throughout the United States and Canada. All Native Americans who interact with the RIIC are Rhode Island residents. In addition, we also serve Native Americans that reside in Connecticut, Delaware and New Jersey with the same emphasis.
