NAPEWA teaches local Native American children, ages 6 & up, all aspects of Eastern Native traditions.  The children learn their culture and the program instills pride in our rich Native heritage.  Leaders of the group include members of local tribes such as Narragansett, Eastern Pequot and Wampanoag.  Visiting Native also artists teach the children about basket weaving, bead work, and various forms of Native art.  Call 401-781-1098 for more information or send email to: pocassettc@hotmail.com.
